At Elev8d1, we are committed to providing quality products and excellent customer service.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of downloadable devotionals, Scripture cards, prayer cards, Bible study guides, and other digital resources are final. Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, refunds cannot be provided.

Print-on-Demand Apparel

Our apparel products are made to order. We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or buyer's remorse.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographs of the issue and we will work with our fulfilment partner to provide a replacement or appropriate resolution.

Printed Books and Journals

If a printed book or journal arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We may request photographs of the damage to assist with resolving the issue.
